There were some strange headlines about mortgage rates and pricing the last few weeks. It was mostly old news to industry experts, as the changes were announced (and went into effect) weeks ago. Check out this article for all the details, but the biggest takeaway is no, rates aren`t higher for higher score borrowers compared to lower score borrowers – "Higher-credit-score borrowers are not being charged more so that lower-credit-score borrowers can pay less.
