FHA made a huge announcement this week, and it’s already taking effect at our wholesale lenders.
FHA has reduced their monthly finance charge by 35%, which equals about $100 less per month in our area.
This week I reached out to my future home buyers to let them know how much more houses they can buy – roughly about 15% or how much lower their monthly payment will be with this new change.
